Staff was very friendly and welcoming which is a definite bonus. Hotel is in a great location for shopping and is close to the Docks. Being a budget hotel with an affordable price, it is good value-for-money.
The shower facility was very poor (had to hold the tap manually, otherwise the water flow was ceased). The mattress was not comfortable at all; the hotel should have provided a proper mattress.
Very polite and helpfull staff. Good value for money and in a good location.
The bathroom's were rather small; almost like the easyHotel 'pods', which wasn't clear from the website details. This can be forgiven however, due to the good points above..
the hotel room was very small the hotel was very near the shops
staff were friendly and approachable
when we stayed there was two hen parties and 1 stag party, the noise was horrific, if you are looking for a cheap boozy weekend then this is the place!!! It could have been handled a bit better with them being put together on the 1st and 2nd floor!! the bathroom is very very small!
yes the rooms are way too small,no proper wardrobes, the horrible smell when the toilet was flushed, couldnt have a drink in the hotel on the friday from 9.30am to 6.30pm cause of replastering, which is rediculous, should be done at night time, that would not happen in ireland! wouldnt b allowed to do it!,and then on the sunday there was more work been done again and could not get into the hotel from front door, that should never have happened if i knew that work was been done on this hotel i would have cancelled are rooms!! its just not on! we travel to liverpool every year and i have never seen anything like it,not impressed at all,we got a building site instead of a nice relaxing wkd at a nice reasonable hotel,my husband recommended u!
The staff, were very pleasant and helpful, the rooms clean and the breakfast service good.
The dinning room was being painted and decorated. Therefore, we were unable to use this facility in the evening due to the strong smell of paint. We should have been notified of this prior to arrival as one member of the group suffers from allergies.
Close enough to city centre to walk. Overlooked the Albert Dock so nice view. Friendly staff.
its was only just a short walk to the echo arena where i was going , The respetion staff was really nice they maded you feel really welcome natuarly
Clean and comfortable, friendly, helpful staff. Good food well presented reasonably priced. Lovely waterside outlook.
To be nit picky the modular toilet/shower unit was functional but apart from being slightly cramped was fine. Could hear some other residents in rooms or returning to rooms in early hours. Not too much of a problem on this occasion, but would be wary perhaps at weekends if groups were staying.
it was cheap, cheerful and within walking distance to city centre
The bathrooms are very small and a bit too compact, there is no cler division between shower area and the rest of the bathroom
The fact that it is in a convenitent location and that it is dependable on late night flight arrivals.
Views from hotel window over rhe Mersey
No WIFI on 2nd floor. Refurbishment work spoiled the stay. No lift.
Affordable accommodation in a good location for both the port and the airport and for lime street station!
the hotel was being decorated during our stay but will just make the next stay even more enjoyable
Excellent staff they made you very welcome, idle for shopping and for the Echo arena.
Good range of food for continental breakfast. Good traditional food choices for evening meal served up to 10pm. Also good variety of snack choices available.
There was an overhead bunk type bed over our double bed. The bars /access to it were at the head of our bed and we both bumped our head more than once getting in or out of bed.
